To secure a date I do require a £50 deposit. This deposit can be paid easily and securily via this page. Please only pay deposit if you have confirmed the availability of your date via the bookings form.

Upon receipt of a deposit you will receive a receipt which will shortly be followed by a full confirmation detailing each element of your booking. So that this can be completed accurately please include the following details either by email to lewis@lewisbirtwell.co.uk or in the notes field on PayPal.

• You and your partners married names / Party name if for a private / corporate event
• Contact telephone number
• Package required (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Deluxe etc.)
• Venue Address
